All pumpkin spice everything, just kidding, just baked goods and lattes, please. A crowd-pleaser, these Pumpkin spice Rice Krispie treats are gluten-free and vegan! One of my favorite fall treats, these quick yummy treats are perfect for bringing to any football tailgate. If that's not your vibe pair with my fall sangria for a fantastic fall treat.
1. Add butter to a large nonstick pot and melt over low heat. 2. Chop marshmallows into small dime-sized pieces. 3. Once the butter has melted completely, slowly, add chopped marshmallows. 4. Mix pumpkin pie spice, salt, and cinnamon and add into the pot. 5. Turn up the heat to medium, continuously stirring until the mixture has melted. 6. Take off of the heat to slowly add in six cups of rice cereal. 7. Using a nonstick spatula add the mix into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with coconut oil. 8. Press down mix evenly until spread throughout the pan. 9. Wait for rice Krispies to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
