Summer is here and there is nothing better than a refreshing drink on a hot day. Perfect for your 4th of July party or even a Netflix binge (no judgement here)
My drink of choice lately has been a cucumber mint watermelon margarita. Longest cocktail name ever? Absolutely. Worth the long name, also yes!
Most cocktail recipes that I create are less labor intensive, but this one is worth the extra steps!
Make sure that you give yourself enough time so that you can prepare the watermelon cucumber infused water. Luckily, you can make this in large batches so that it won't take you too long if your entertaining.
To prepare the watermelon puree: Cut the watermelon, into half then inch squares. Add into a large mixing bowl. Slice and add 1 cucumber. Muddle both ingredients together and add 2 cups of water. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Now for the fun part!
