From cycling to swimming to yoga and other favorite fitness classes, I'm trying to are stay active and take some time to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. If your coming from work or school it's great to have a gym bag big enough for all you stuff. From my water bottle to our yoga pants and running shoes, I love that this bag can carry all of our essentials and more! Plus, all of the inside pockets make for easy access and storage. I like to slip my phone, earbuds and sunglasses in the side pouches and stash our wallet in the zippered enclosure across from it. The attached strap makes it super easy to throw over our shoulder on the way to the gym.
If you have not heard about these Hydro Flask, you have been seriously missing out! Not only are they super cute, but they keep your drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours! I know. I freaked out when we heard that too. But, I can promise you that this product completely lives up to my expectations (even in 100 degree heat).
If there is one item I cannot forget in our workout bag, it is this skincare gym kit. I love the workout wipes, because they totally cleanse your face after a workout (think makeup, dirt, oil and sweat). Have a breakout? No problem. The travel bag has enough room for a few of my other stuff like mascara and gloss. I can post-workout clean up, skip shower, smell good and sooth muscles and GO! Love this set and such a great value.
Tangly hair? I feel you. Especially after a workout (I know the Hermione Granger hair all too well). Consequently, I always make sure to pack a hair brush, so we don’t walk out with 50 shades of crazy locks. MY go-to brush is the wet brush. It works great on wet or dry hair (so don’t be afraid of sweat) and never pulls or breaks your strands. So, it glides through your hair and detangles your knots with ease (aka pain-free). I think it works better and faster than a regular brush.
If you are always craving something sweet, these protein bars are for you. From chocolate chip cookie dough to cinnamon roll and strawberry cheesecake, the flavors are indulgent, so you feel like it is cheat day. Yet, all of the bars have 20-21 g of protein, are soy and gluten free and have no added sugar. And did we mention they are under 200 calories each?
