Good vibes – the attitude we constantly strive for. We send them to others, but really what are these good vibes and are they actually helpful?
Together lets think about the last time we had a shitty day.
What made the day 'bad'?
How did you react to it?
Did something else 'bad' happen?...What did you do about it?
Did you try and make the day better? or did you wallow?
Did you let it ruin your week?
Honesty, I don't even follow my own advice 100% of the time and I really wish I wasn't so stubborn. Like everyone else I can let one bad moment get the best of me and all my good vibes will fly out the window. Rather then over analyzing every. single. little. thing. and letting my bad day spiral out of control I've learned to spot what's happening and work to turn it around.
Let me tell you it's great. To be in control of what's happening, to know when you want good vibes to come your way...you can make it happen yourself. By simply putting OUT good vibes yourself.
I’m not necessarily one for the super hippy dropped way to much acid in the 70's stuff. I don't do yoga every damn day, honestly I can barley touch my toes. But I do think there is something major to be said for manifesting good shit in life through the energy you’re putting out into the world.
When times get tough, oftentimes, we find ourselves going poor me. Feeling bad for yourself is the worst mentality, simply because it eliminates our ability to recognize the good moments happening right before our eyes. Whether it’s something happening to us, for us, or around us, we’re unable to call it what it is, because our vision becomes clouded with the idea that everything and everyone is out to get us.
Up your Vibe, Up your Life.
Really, it all comes down to that.
In the world of manifesting, it is said that if raise your vibe to a higher energetic vibrational frequency to “attract” the high vibe. Simply put– good vibrates at a higher energetic frequency within the realm of the world. Bad stuff vibrates at a lower. So, up your vibe, up your life. Another way to but would be if you're constantly in a good mood being nice and kind to others, 90% of the time you'll get the same attitude back.
Your attitude and vibes have to be genuine – there’s no trickery here. But when you can force good vibes no matter the circumstances and really zero in on the GOOD, you’re setting up more good to come your way.
Focus on the good stuff.
Focus on creating positivity all around you.
Think about good vibes – on creating, sharing, and appreciating all things.
When you up the good vibes in your everyday life, your everyday becomes better all around. I’ve seen this happen in my own life, so obviously it’s impossible to deny. It might not even be a matter of more good happening – it might just be a matter of recognizing more good all around, being more grateful for that, and becoming happier overall accordingly.
