Does anyone else feel like all they do is sit? All day every day I'm sitting. Even after I work out I'm left feeling like I could be doing more and personally that the worst feeling. I don't like feeling this way and I need to kick start my health and fitness because summer will be here before we know it.
I'm challenging everyone to do a 5K every single day for 30 Days. If that's not your cup of tea just do what you can or follow along on my journey. I can hear the sighs now, "Really another fitness blogger wanna be insta model?" Helllllll no I'm not a fitness blogger and don't strive to be one. I'm just a girl getting her 5K on, you won't be shitty meal prep and gym mirror selfies from me anytime soon.
So, what does 5K a day mean? No, I'm not running a 5K every single day... I'm not that crazy. 5K can be walking, running, biking, stair stepper, literally anything that gets you moving and reaching that 5K mark. I know not everyone is able to do this every single day, therefore if you are following along feel free to give yourself A day off.
